Welcome Thymomahope.org is dedicated to spreading awareness about the Michelle Cadorette Fund for Malignant Thymoma Research, the only fund of its kind in the United States. Begun in 2001 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, the initiative has helped establish the Malignant Thymoma Tissue Bank to support the study of tissue samples and to research possible treatment methods. The fund now also supports genetic testing for research purposes. Read more The hope is that this website will provide hope, encouragement and information to the patients and their families whose lives have been touched by this rare form of cancer. Your stories of hope would be greatly appreciated. They can be created as Word documents and e-mailed to thymomahope@rcn.com. Massachusetts General Hospital has created a convenient way for making online donations to the Michelle Cadorette Fund for Malignant Thymoma Research. Click here to access the gift form. Select the amount and at "Designation" select "Other" at the bottom of the list. On the line below enter “MGH Cadorette Fund for Thymoma Research." Complete form and submit.
